It's been a while since I last posted what is happening inmy life so I thought I would make a really brief update on some of the very exciting things that have been happening to me and around me !

• Dirty Weekend away with Lee to Mollymook
  
• Gym, Gym Gym and more Gym - In fact I am now done to les than 10% fat!!!!!! soon I will be even better!
  
• Christmas party at home and at work now they are fun but far toomuch to drink aaaaaaaagh
  
• Lunch with friends and more Lunch
