Having drinks last night with a friend while the boy is away (again) on business, my friend Mr T, told me I have an oral fixation.
Well D'uh! I smoked since I was 18 years of age and now instead of sticking cancer causing sticks in my mouth I am always shovelling food in my mouth. Any of my friends could tell you I have an oral fixation, I'm gay don't we all have some sort of oral fixation heheheheh.
I have seriously cut down on the food intake. Talking of which I worked out that I need to have about 1500 - 2000 calories a day whilst doing all this full on excercise to get in shape.
Yesterday I did 45 minutes on the Cross Trainer for a total Calorie Workout of 617 Calories, or one bottle of white wine lol.
The very adorable boy below who is my daily inspiration is Jordan from Perfectguyz, a great site and some extraordinarliy cute boys.

So tonight at the gym I am going to do my much neglected legs, I haven't done a leg workout in probably over a year, yes that's right! I hate doing leg excercises, but I know that they are vitally important for all over fitness.
I feel better for not eating all the crap food and getting more excercise, but being an impatient person I want to see immediate results *sigh*
