The US will remove funding for teen abstinence only programs and spend money on proper sex education.
This will send a clear snub and may even start a fight by the Republicans who oppose any form of discussion around sex to tens.
And of course this in the same week as Bristol Palin, the scrag daughter of Sarah Palin launches an abstinence campaign for young teens.
