I finally dragged my out of shape ass to the gym on the weekend for the first time in months (or maybe it was over a year).
I can't say I totally enjoyed the first time again.
It was bloody hard and I am certainly feeling the effects this morning as I type.
My arms, shoulders, chest and legs all hurt.
But it's kind of good knowing that I actually did get over my fear of going back and I have.
It was a pretty wimpy all round workout.
8 exercises 3 sets of each with a 10 minute warmup on the cross trainer.
My goal is to go at least twice more this week and again do a general workout and just start getting my body back into the groove.
